We are delighted that this book is available free and open access on Bloomsbury’s website, thanks to UKRI funding.
The book covers thirty case studies, with a particular emphasis on SW England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Ireland. We are grateful to the generosity of the practitioners who spent time talking to us, responding to our questions and providing us with the images contained within.
We hope the book will draw more attention to this important, and often neglected or under-appreciated area of arts practice.
